NOTES:
INDOOR pitches will be inside D4 hangar. Some electicity may be available, please check with us.
D4 is locked daily. OUTDOOR pitches will be on main showground - please note airfield is very open and no cover available so do ensure you bring suitable and well secured cover! No electricity available for outdoor pitches. ALL pitches are space only, no tables or shell scheme. Please ensure you book sufficient space, all stock, materials, products, personal belongings, packaging etc MUST be WITHIN your allocated pitch. CANCELLATIONS within 30 days of show WILL NOT be refunded.

Please note you will be issued with TWO free vehicle exhibitor pass per vehicle only. Additional vehicle passes can be purchased at reduced rate of £5 per vehicle for the weekend.
BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE TERMS and CONDITIONS FOR THIS SHOW (download a copy here ) and agreeing that you will provided evidence
of full CURRENT public liability insurance upto £1million before trading.
IMPORTANT: If you do not have public liability insurance for a minimum of £1million you will not be allowed to trade and your fee will not be refunded. Evidence of your insurance will be requested when you arrive on the showground. Please note that no claims for loss, damage or injury caused by the stallholder can be made against the organiser of the museum. This is the responsibility of the stallholder.
