Alternatively, if you are exhibiting or are booked as a trader, you are welcome to camp onsite for the weekend at no additional cost.

VOLUNTEERS

To minimise our costs and help us to be able to keep costs down for those attending, we rely on the good nature and help of many friends and family to bring you this show.

If you would like to spend an enjoyable weekend at the Wroughton Classic Car and Bike show and would like to volunteer your services for a few hours to help with marshalling, car parking, litter picking, setting up or other general help on the day, please do give us a call or send us an email with your contact details, availability and any preferences you may have for helping out.

We can't offer much in return other than a free family ticket for the weekend, a meal voucher for each day, an invitation to join the Saturday night exhibitor entertainment, a great weekend and the chance to be part of our show!

Non booked vehicles arriving AFTER 9.30am will be asked to park in the non booked classic area of the main car park.

TRADER? (incs Crafts / Autojumble / Gifts / Entertainment etc).

The 2007 show attracted over 2,000 classic vehicle exhibits and more than 23,000 visitors. With clear tarmac access roads, firm well drained land, miles of hard standing and acres of grassy open space, the Wroughton Classic is therefore an excellent trading opportunity.

IMPORTANT: please BOOK EARLY to ensure you get your pitch;

OUTDOOR - £50 for 5mx5m (15'x15') or £70 for 10mx10m (30'x30')

INDOOR - £50 for 6ft 'table space only' or £100 for 4m (frontage) x 2m

All pitches are for space only, ie no tables etc are available. If you require electricity for an indoor pitch please contact us direct at the time of your booking as limited facilities are available. Please BOOK EARLY to avoid disappointment, particularly if you are interested in an indoor pitch as the number of indoor pitches is limited.

PLEASE NOTE: if you book an OUTDOOR pitch, do bear in mind that the show will take place on an old, open airfield therefore there will be no access to electricity and you will need to ensure that you bring suitable, ROBUST, cover for your pitch that is WELL SECURED- we have no control over the weather! You are of course welcome to use a caravan and awning within your allocated pitch space.
